The thesis is the first monographic research in Ukraine on issues of criminological fundamentals of non-punitive effect on juveniles concerned to its definition and legal nature. The thesis analyzes forms, measures, object and subjects of the non-punitive effect on juveniles as its important elements. Attention is also focused on the problem of functionality, effectiveness and modernisation of non-punitive effect on juveniles.
