Ostrovska L. Diagnostics and pathogenetic approaches for prevention and treatment of changes in tissues of parodentium in pregnant women.

The thesis is devoted to the problems of diagnostics, treatment and prevention of changes in tissues of parodentium in pregnant women on basis of individual prediction of onset of changes in tissues of parodentium. According to the results of clinical, psychological, laboratory, and functional methods of investigation the primary and secondary prevention of changes in tissues of parodentium in pregnant women has been proved. The base of conception of primary prevention of disorders of parodentium is the algorithm of oral hygiene, orienting measured and ways subject to the general health state, gynecological anamnesis and obstetric status, peculiarities of nervous regulation, stomatological status, habitation conditions, presence of pernicious habitants, and the level of education of pregnant woman. The high medical effectiveness of using of complex pathogenic-proved treatment of pregnant women with manifestations of inflammatory changes in the tissues of gums has been demonstrated.
