Ivanitskiy I. Comparative characteristic of the efficiacy of teeth hypersensitivity treatment with the using of modern medicines.

Dissertation work is dedicated to the solving of the problem of improving efficiacy of the patients treatment with the teeth hypersensitivity by choosing of the most proper modern desensitizer and prolonging its action due to the increasing of the remineralizing processes in hard tooth structures by the prescription of the "Calcium D3 Nycomed". By the complex of clinical and laboratory diagnostic investigations, using method of vital investigation of the tooth surface, elaborated by author the disorders of mineral content of teeth structures and the causes it morphological and functional inferiority of patients with teeth hypersensitivity were revealed. The comparison of short-term and long-term treatment results with the using of desensitizers of different content such as "Belac F", "Gluftored" and "Desensil" proved, that the most effective and prolonged elimination of hypersensitivity of any severity level can be achieved with the using "Gluftored". By the clinical and laboratory investigations the expediency of including "Calcium D3 Nycomed" to treatment-rehabilitation complex of patients with hypersensitivity, due to its ability to normalize mineral metabolism in organism, increase the process of teeth remineralization was proved.
