Babenko V. Comparative characteristic of the efficiacy of teeth hypersensitivity treatment with the using of modern medicines.

The thesis is devoted to the issues of peculiarities of the clinical course and preventive treatment of generalized periodontitis in patients with bronchial asthma on the background of glucocorticosteroid therapy, based on the study of clinical course peculiarities and immunologic, metabolic, cytological and morphological parameters. Comparative analysis of the efficiency of using miramistin ultrasonophoresis and miramistin application is carried out. Bronchial asthma and glucocorticosteroid therapy has been found out to negatively influence the course of generalized periodontitis decreasing the manifestation of the inflammatory reaction and causing more significant disturbances of immunologic and metabolic processes, as well as cytological and morphological changes in the periodontitis tissues. Therefore patients' visits to the stomatological clinic occur late. According to the algorithm worked out by us there exists the necessity of preventive treatment of such patients. We were the first to carry out the comparative analysis of efficiency of using miramistin in the preventive treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis and bronchial asthma on the background of glucocorticosteroid therapy. We have arrived to the conclusion that miramistin ultrasonophoresis takes a shorter time to act and produces a more prolonged effect than miramistin application.
