Methodical approaches to determining the strategic position of small hotel enterprises on the basis of stratification and diagnosis according to the formats of business activity are improved. A method of forming branch association of small hotel enterprises on the basis of simulation, that will allow to use the marketing system more productively and to increase the efficiency of small businesses, is developed. Further development of the theory of strategic management of a small hotel enterprises in the specification of the conceptual and categorical system, identify areas of research, identify problems functioning on a small market of hotel services.
