The directions and methods to improve staff innovative activity to ensure supporting enterprise competitiveness are investigated in the work. The systematization of the factors of supporting enterprise competitiveness with the help of staff innovative activity is carried out. The method of estimation staff innovative activity is developed.Complex research of factors of staff innovative activity are conducted at the enterprises of Ukraine.The argumentation of the ways to improve the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical enterprises of Ukraine at the expense of staff innovative activity are proposed.Suggestions are developed in relations with improve motivation of staff, which carry on innovative activity, and also practical recommendations in relation with directions of staff innovative activity with the help of knowledge management system.
