The thesis is devoted to find out the interpretation of concepts "sufferer" and interpretation of concepts "victim" of crime, isolation and correlation of features of these terms and description of modern situation of criminality in the places of imprisonments, some individual elements of victimological principles of crime prevention in establishments of implementation of punishments and inquest insulators are developed.
