Aliyevа K. Legal Regulation in the Sphere of Agrarian Relations' Reform According to the legislation of Ukraine and Russian Federation: Comparative and Legal Analysis

Thesis is devoted to the research of legal regulation problems in the sphere of agrarian relations' reform according to the legislation of Ukraine and Russian Federation on the basis of comparative and legal analysis. The category "legal regulation of agrarian relations' reform" is determined, the notion "agrarian relations" is improved, their features and characteristics are stated, classification of the last is carried out. The evolution of legal regulation of agrarian relations' reform is separately researched, its periodization is offered. The state of legal problems' processing of agrarian relations' reform in scientific sources is characterized. Special attention is paid to finding out legal aspects' reform of organizational and legal forms management in the sphere of agriculture, land relations in the sphere of agricultural production. The problem of legal regulation of the basic directions of state support of agricultural commodity producers is separately elucidated. As a result of conducted comparative and legal analysis of the legislation of two states some suggestions improving agrarian legislation of Ukraine are formulated.
