Essay

This thesis is a complex theoretical and legal analysis of realization of giving services' function to population by internal affairs agencies of Ukraine. The nature of giving services' function in conditions of development of social state and civil society is disclosed and its correlation with other functions of internal affairs agencies, particularly, with law enforcement function is cleared in the research. International experience of implementation of giving services' function in activity of police on general, special and single levels is researched.
