The dissertation is devoted to working out of theoretic-and-methodical bases of formation and development of organizational culture of the agroindustrial enterprises according to modern conditions of managing. The essence of a concept "organizational culture" of an enterprise and of its separate components is investigated. A number of theoretical approaches to its interpretation is defined.
