Shumilo A. The ways of treatment efficiency increasing of locally advanced cervical carcinoma

Object of research - the locally advanced cervical cancer. The purpose - to raise efficiency of the combined treatment of the locally advanced cervical cancer by improvement of the scheme preoperative combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy for the purpose of tumour reduction in resectable a condition. Methods - clinical-laboratory, biochemical, ultrasonic, excretory urography, procto(sigmoido)scopy, cystoscopy, morphological, statistical. Novelty - the method chemoradial and the combined treatment of the locally advanced cervical cancer, based on intermittent preoperative combined chemo radiotherapy for the purpose of tumour reduction in resectable a condition for the first time is developed, approved and proved; methods of surgical treatment of a cancer cervix for the purpose of the prevention postoperative and postradial complications are developed and approved; degree of expressiveness of by-effects, frequency and character beam, intra - and postoperative complications is studied. Results - the offered method of preoperative combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy provides high efficiency of the treatment, the developed method of surgical treatment have allowed to avoid such complications, as a suppuration lymphogenic cysts and formation cystic and vaginal cyst. It is introduced in practice "the Donetsk regional antineoplastic centre" and "the Gorlovsky oncological clinic", the City interdistrict oncological clinic of Mariupol, "the City oncological clinic of Kramatorsk".
