The dissertation presents the complex and system research of criminal characteristics of intentional destruction or damage to property. The social danger of intentional destruction or damage to property is revealed and grounded. The historical-legal and foreign experience of criminal responsibility for this crime is researched. The objective and subjective signs of the above mentioned crime are considered in detail.
