Cheglatonyev V. Forming of Cellular Operator Business Model

A research object is a process of forming of cellular operator business model. The article of research is an aggregate of theoretical and methodological bases of forming of Ukrainian cellular operator business model. Research methods: objective laws of economy; dialectical and system approaches; comparison; generalization; synthesis; methods of analysis of the systems, analysis of operations and mathematical design; expert estimations; imitation design; graphic methods. Theoretical and practical results: the conceptual business model of company is offered; the economical-mathematical model of cellular operator value system structure is worked out; the theoretical base of strategic management is improved, in particular definitions: "general strategy of company", business model of company", "value"; scientific approach is improved in relation to determination of value structure and her connection with services, that the cellular operator products; the methodical going is improved near the analysis of cellular operator business model; descriptions and determinations of Ukrainian cellular market progress trends are generalized, and also the phase of life cycle of cellular industry is certain. The practical value of dissertation consists in the use of materials and positions of work in the educational process of ONAT named of O. S. Popov and at implementation of state budgetary scientific research; introduction of the results in activity of Ukrainian cellular operator for the increase of efficiency of management their development by forming the optimal business model which is confirmed by the corresponding acts of introduction.
