. Dissertation for a Candidate degree in medical sciences by speciality 14.01.10 - pediatrics - SE "Crimean state medical university named after S. I. Georgievsky" МH Ukraine, Simferopol, 2010. The dissertation is devoted to a question of increase of efficacy treatment of children with pathology of hepatobiliary zone by studying of physical and chemical properties of bile in a temporary indicator and correction of the revealed disturbances of choledynamics at out-patient and sanatorium stages of rehabilitation. Peculiarities of physical and chemical structure of bile of vesical portion in children with functional disturbances of choledynamics and inflammatory diseases hepatobiliary zone in a remission stage have been investigated in the dissertation. Course influence of balneotherapy on physical and chemical properties of bile with studying of crystallization type, its kinematics and fractal structure with definition of fractal dimension of regular phases is studied. On the basis of the received data application of balneotherapy with the object of correction of cholestatic disturbances in children with diseases of hepatobiliary zone at out-patient and sanatorium stages of rehabilitation is proved. Efficacy of use of mineral water with the object of correction of physical and chemical properties of bile and therapy of cholestatic disturbances in children with pathology of hepatobiliary zone is proved.
