Research object:logistics activity at the machine-building enterprises, aim of the thesis: generalization and further development of the theoretical grounds and methodic provision of the efficiency estimation of the logistics activity at the machine-building enterprises, methods of researches and apparatus: structural logistics analysis, dialectical method, methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, expert evaluation, methods of comparison analysis, graphic representation, cluster analysis, taxsonometric analysis; theoretical and practical results: method approach to determine the influence on the efficiency of the logistics activity of internal and external factors at the machine-building enterprise logistics medium. Difference lies in the generalization and systematization of the existing factors, isolation of the most influential factor and determination of level of logistics introduction at the enterprises depending on the following factor; methodic grounds in the estimation of the efficiency of the logistics activity of the machine-building enterprises, which in contrast from existing take into consideration the peculiarities of the machine-building branch in the pant signs united by the method of taxsonometric analysis into integral sign; organization provision of carrying of the complex analysis of the efficiency of the logistics activity at the machine-building enterprise, peculiarities of which are appointed to the subdivisions of enterprise the duties as to forming informational streams and choice of the corresponding methods of estimation of the efficiency of the logistics activity; determination of the notion "efficiency of the logistics activity at the machine-building enterprise" peculiarities of which is the correlation surplus income from carrying out logistics activity, which may be obtained by reducing costs or improving of consumer services, and logistics costs in spheres of supply, production, sales, warehousing, transportation and services; classification of logistics costs by the way of adding of features traditional classification signs with the sing "influence on the reliability of functioning of the logistics system", usage of which will permit to analyze the efficiency of the logistics activity taking into account costs, which provide to increase the reliability of functioning of logistics system and prevention of the logistics risks; classification of the estimation methods of the efficiency of the logistics activity at the machine-building enterprises; the subject and level of implementation: development are introduced into practice activity at "Kharkiv "Svitlo Shahtarja" machine-building plant" p.l.c., "Avtramat" p.l.c., in teaching process in HNEU for studying "Econometrics" for students specializing in "Logistics"; application spheres: logistics activity at the machine-building enterprises, educational process.
