Dissertation is dedicated to research of features of metabolism and structurally-functional state of bone tissue in children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, to the improvement of diagnostic algorithm of early exposure of osteopenic disturbance and development of methods of correction of osteopenic syndrome for patients with a juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA). Analysed results of complex research 135 patients with a JRA. Disorders of bone metabolism was expressed in acceleratoin of bone turnover and disconnection of processes of bone formatoin and resorption in patients with JRA. Osteopenic syndrome of different evidence was verified in 85,1 ± 4,1 % children, positive cross-correlation connection was thus educed between severity of JRA and to the osteopenic syndrome. Setting of complex homoeopathic preparation of "Osteobios" improved of the structurally-functional state of bone turnover for patients with JRA.
