Essay

Object: the process of formation of the social and economic mechanism of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperations management. Purpose: the extending of theoretical and methodical bases of formation of the social and economic mechanism of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperations management and the working out of practical recommendations for guarantee of its efficiency. Methods: the dialectic analysis, the theoretical generalization, the system analysis, the complex approach, the taxonomic analysis, the comparison method, the economic-statistical analysis, the techniques of a complex and integrated estimation, a method of definition of entropy, a method of paired advantages, an analytical method, a graphic method, the structurally-logic approach, a method of economic-mathematical modeling, a decomposition method, the logic analysis, the graph theory, a matrix method, a structurally functional method, an optimizing method. It is offered: For the first time: the social and economic mechanism of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperations management on the basis of their economic interaction and the social mechanism of motivation management is offered; it is improved: the methodical approach for the analysis of activity of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperations on a basis of the taxonomic approach; the methodical approach for optimization of expenses and formation of system of the goods and material resources deliveries for the enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperations in the conditions of the new organizational form of activity (the serving regional center); the methodical approach for an estimation of the social and economic mechanism of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperations management; gathered subsequent development: theoretical and methodical bases of formation and model of the mechanism of enterprises and organizations of consumer cooperations management in the environment of local and regional levels; approaches for formation of processes of cooperation of the enterprises and the organizations of consumer cooperations which is possible by creation of the serving centers of regional level.
