The study highlighted anamnestic clinical and functional features of unfavorable course of acute obstructive bronchitis in children and their degree of prognostic significance in view of clinical epidemiology parameters. The importance of high level of anxiety, vagotonic autonomic tone and a sympathetic reactivity as an adverse risk factors of acute obstructive bronchitis was proved. The presence of the pathogenic relationship of mentioned factors with a strong degree of bronchial patency disorders at the level of small caliber bronchi was established. The prognostic significance of changes in laser-correlation spectra of expired air condensate was characterized in assessing the unfavorable course of acute obstructive bronchitis in children as intoxication like and autoimmune like shifts with the presence of macromolecular particles, as well as increased lipid peroxidation products with a lower catalase activity. The application appropriateness of dynamic electroneurostimulation and its effectiveness in acute obstructive bronchitis in children has been proved and scientifically substantiated on the basis of early elimination of obstructive syndrome and topical antioxidant effects.
