The research object is the formation of domestic prices for products of machine. The aim is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of pricing policies, enterprise. The author used methods of causal relationships and generalization, systematization and generalization, statistical and comparative analysis, a systematic approach, economic-mathematical modeling, factor analysis. The theoretical value lies in: the separation of three basic types of price space (primary, secondary and modified), which allows the use of complex price and explore the processes that affect it and specifying the grouping factor pricing and with the pricing process, development of theoretical and methodological modeling fundamentals of supply and demand through integrated use of three types of facilities. Scientific innovation is the methodical analysis of the existing building enterprises technology strategic planning, the methodical study of the choice of production strategies for building businesses based on identification of priority criteria for selection and formation of potentially possible production strategies, and performance evaluation system to achieve efficiency strategies for building enterprises . Subject of research is theoretical, methodological and applied the provisions of producer prices in mechanical engineering. Recommendations by the method used for choosing the internal prices of domestic manufacturing enterprises to form their pricing policy that takes into account the importance of long-term demand and supply, helping to determine the normal cost of production and planning of economic profit (super profit). The area of recommendations is the copyright of the domestic machine-building enterprise. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of native machine-building complex.
