The object of the research is a process of management risk of energy resources of machine-building enterprises. The aim of the work lies in the treatment of theoretical positions and applied recommendations in relation to forming and development of control system by risks of energy resources of machine-building enterprises. The author used methods of systematization and generalization, statistical, analytical and structurally logical, graphic. Relying on the generalization of literary sources the classification of the risks of energy resources providing has been suggested, the approaches of risk-identification of machine-building enterprises were improvement. The advantages and disadvantages of each approaches of risk-identification were elucidated. The method of evaluation energy resources risks providing of using statistic and experts approaches was elaborated. Method for planning of energy resources providing considering risk have been further developed. The model of management of producing level considering risk of energy resources providing using the statistical regression was formed. Using the result of analysis of method risk-reducing was proposed the approaches of choice and formation the measures of risk-reducing. It was worked out the matrix of risk energy resources reservation and the model of evaluation of efficiency of energy saving approaches. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in development of theoretical positions and applied recommendations for the improvement of process of management risk of energy resources of machine-building enterprises. The subject of the investigation is theoretical, methodological and methodical positions from forming and development of control system by risk of energy resources of machine-building enterprises. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of machine-building complex.
