Based on the calculations of gas-dynamic flow parameters pair of lead chalcogenides the technological factors of growing thin films and nanostructures in order to receive condensate from preset properties The structure, thermoelectric and spectral characteristics obtained vapor methods self-assembled condensates of lead chalcogenides various substrates. There oscillation nature of the profiles of parameters of lead chalcogenides nanostructures caused by quantum size effects. The peculiarities of optical properties of nanostructures IV-VI, due as natural gas condensate, and its topological features.
