Object - the process of future teachers training for professional activity in higher pedagogical educational establishments; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the educational conditions of organizing of innovational teaching in higher pedagogical educational establishments are theoretically grounded and experimentally checked for the first time (realization of intersubject integration using innovational teaching methods which improve students learning quality and provide deep professional psychological and pedagogical knowledge forming; introduction of individualization of teaching process to provide creative thinking, creative skills and abilities of future teachers development); the ways of individualization of teaching process are worked out (the credit-module system of organizing of teaching process, the system of academic consultation "tutorial"; the system of creative tasks to develop creative thinking, creative skills and abilities are worked out); the criteria (motivational, cognitive, active, reflexive and correctional) and indices (positive attitude to pedagogical innovational activity, realizing the necessity of knowledge integration, interest in settlement and doing creative tasks, realization, completeness, deepness, reality, stability of knowledge; skills to analyze pedagogical phenomena, to plan teaching activity, self-improvement activity; variation in choosing the ways and methods of reaching the goal, grounded revealing of future results of self-analyses, self-control of activity) of levels of future teachers readiness for pedagogical activity are specified; forms and methods of innovational teaching have been further developed; results - the materials and results of the carried out experiment can be a ground to renew the contents of curricula on the bases of integration to carry out lectures, seminars in pedagogical courses, and courses of art in higher educational establishment, to write course, master and diploma papers with the students, in the system of training of teachers qualification improvement
