In this thesis research addressed the problem of increasing the effectiveness of information technologies for synthesis and analysis of MEMS structures based on the development of design procedures for automation of synthesis using branch and bound method, models for analysis based on stochastic Petri nets and of inhibitory and building information models, and developed software tools.
