The research is devoted to the development of theoretical ideas and scientifically proved recommendations as for the perfection of the processing enterprises diversification management as means of their stable growth. The thesis has the determination of the enterprises functioning stability in context of the production diversification and the basic notions as for the research theme. The research deals with the complex estimation of the economic development degree of the processing enterprises from the point of view of the national economy development. The author has offered the methodology of the organizational-economic mechanism formation in providing of processing enterprises stable growth by means of diversificational facilities and has formulated the principals of its effective functioning; the study of diversification as a factor of processing enterprise productivity and competitiveness increase has been grounded. The system of the economic mechanism management methods has been improved which allows to carry out the complex influence on factors that stabilize the enterprises economy and to define their efficiency with the help of the indexes complex; pre-conditions of enterprises economic activities have been determined which comprise the grounding of reasons of stagnant phenomena origin in the development of the enterprises economy nowadays.
