Object: processes of function and development of the agrarian enterprises - manufacturers of seeds of grasses. Aim: a substantiation organizational-economic base of development of the enterprises of seed growing branch and working out a strategy of their activity in condition of market transformations. Methods: peer reviews, abstract-logical, economic and statistical, scientific comparison, correlation and regression analysis, simulation. Results: the author's technique of definition of costs on grass and their increase over time is developed creation integration of associations of seed-growing enterprises of region is offered and a strategy of development of the enterprise integrator is proved, directions of increase in competitiveness of manufacturers of seeds of grasses are defined, the need for accounting of socially-psychological factors is proved at estimation of prospects of development of seed growing enterprises. New ness: for conditions of market functioning of the seed-growing enterprises methodological approaches are proved and the technique of definition of costs of grasses and their increase in time is developed, for the enterprises of seed-growing branch necessity of creation integration of associations of economy-manufacturers of seeds of grasses round the strong enterprise for finishing of seeds to sowing standards is proved and the conceptual model of strategy of development of the enterprise-integrator is developed, classification of factors that influences development of the seed-growing enterprises and methodological positions on working out of strategy of development of the seed-growing enterprises is improved.
