Slobodyanyk O. Bank's market valuation toolkit

The object is instrumental support of bank's market value evaluation; the purpose is deepening of theoretical basis and improvement of Ukrainian bank's market value evaluation toolkit; the methods used are comparative analysis, system approach, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction; comparison and grouping; the novelty is that the term of "intrinsic market value of bank" is introduced to scientific circulation for the first time, as value expressed as estimated amount of money for which rights of ownership and disposal of a bank could exchange as a result of independent commercial deal between buyer and seller after marketing research execution and upon condition that both parties would have full-scale available information which allow to analyze a bank's external and internal environment conditions not only on the date of valuation, but in previous periods too as well to forecast changes of such environment in the future; the results are that recommendations to banks' valuation improvement are developed; these are implemented into banking sphere and scientific process; the branch is economic.
