Essay

The dissertation investigates the transformation of the media in conditions of ideological confrontation. Defines the concept of "transformation of the media" as a radical or gradual change in the process of transfer, exchange of political information that influences the political culture and identity (norms, ideas, moral values) and momentum can stall or political change. It is shown that the emergence of new communication media stimulate opportunities of a new discipline - medialogy, whose mission is to determine the relationship between higher forms of spiritual activity of man (religion, politics, ideology, different streams of thought) and the technical means to transfer information. The study identified factors that slow down the transformation of the media to the needs and interests of the people. It is proved that to transform the media in terms of ideological confrontation is the formation of the cohesive (integrated) ideology. The author proposed her vision of the ideology that formed on the basis of the basic social values between supporters of different political and ideological lines, that is a manifestation of social interaction in which ideology encourages the emergence of new progressive forms of political life and streamline government.
