Essay

Theoretical, methodological and practical questions of organizational and economic ensuring meat enterprises' energy safety have been generalized in this dissertation. It has been proved that it is expedient to use the integral mark for evaluating the level of enterprise's energy safety. The proposals for improving organizational and economic ensuring meat enterprises' energy safety have been developed. They will be realized by using solar energy as an alternative source of energy supply at enterprises, the insurance of energy supply risks reducing energy conzumption of meat produce manufacturing by improving the constructions of energy equipment and optimizing the schemes of hot water supply and heating predicting the volumes of sausages' production under economically expedient expenditures of energy resources.
