Dissertation is devoted to the research and generalization of theoretical and methodical, and practices recommendations in relation to forming and development of economic potential of agrarian enterprises. The essence of economic potential of agrarian enterprise, its structure. The approaches to the estimation of size of economic potential of agrarian enterprise are improved. The integral index of efficiency of its usage is developed. The diagnostics of the state and efficiency of the agrarian enterprises of economic potential usage of the Poltava region is conducted. The directions of development of economic potential in the investigated enterprises are offered.
