The dissertation is devoted to researching scientific and methodical principles of enterprises as a whole and in agriculture in particular, substantiating approaches and organizational-economical measures of developing forms of business, increasing efficiency of these forms and forming agd forming agrostructures with large producing capacity.The rating evaluation of business forms of the region is made, and the priority promising form of management is identified. The possibility of further increase in efficiency of promising farms management by identifying optimal productive and trade structure and rational size of the enterprise is justified
