Bilous N. Economic evaluation and development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises

The object of the research is a process of economic evaluation and development of intellectual capital on machine-building enterprises. The aim of the work lies in the treatment of theoretical positions and applied elements of evaluation and development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises. The author used methods of induction, systematization, approach of the systems and generalization, statistical, cluster and comparative analysis, economics and mathematical design and expert estimations, system dynamics, discrete mathematics. In dissertation work grounded of position in relation to an evaluation and development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprise on principles of functional approach, new scientific solutions, lighted up in theoretical and methodical developments of candidate for a degree, are offered. The model of dynamic evaluation of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprise is first developed. The system of economic evaluation of development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprise status, methods of static and rating evaluation and methods of choice of strategy of development of intellectual capital, is improved. Interpretation of concept "intellectual capital of enterprise", principles of development of intellectual capital of enterprise, classification of factors, which influence on the level of strategic efficiency of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprise, and tool of systematization of strategies of development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprise, is developed. The author's recommendations are used for the theoretical and methodical position from an evaluation and development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of machine-building complex.
