Research object: processes of adaptation and effective functioning of enterprises of rybokhozyaystvennogo complex are in a competition environment. Research purpose: development scientifically of methodical principles in relation to forming of economic mechanism of adaptation of enterprises of rybokhozyaystvennogo complex to the terms of competition environment. Research methods: historical, grouping and synthesis, comparison, scientific classification and systematization, factor, economic and statistical analysis, design.
