Bondarchuk N. Legal regime of aviation transport lands of Ukraine.

This thesis is devoted to intergreted research into legal regime of aviation transport lands of Ukraine. The periodization of the development of the lands of aviation transport and the legislation concerning their legal regime has been fulfilled. It has been determined the concept of aviation transport lands and their components have been analized. The classification of the aviation transport lands has been carried out. The given paper researches the property right of aviation transport lands and the right to use them, the effective utilization and the protection of aviation transport lands as the elements of their legal regime. On the basis of conducted research the proposals conserning improvement of legislation in the sphere of legal regime of aviation transport lands of Ukraine have been elaborated. The theoretical conclusions which could be the reason for the further development of theory of ground law in Ukraine have been proposed.
