Essay

The thesis is devoted to approaches to the treatment of fractures midface accompanied by lacrimal disorders. We describe the clinical picture of these disorders of traumatic origin, investigated the mechanisms of their occurrence. An algorithm for evaluation of patients with these disorders was proposed, as well as ways to restore of lacrimal outflow using their own body tissue (autograft of buccal mucosa) and the surviving parts of the lacrimal apparatus, and method of intubation of lacrimal intubation order to prevent the occurrence of lacrimal disorders in the treatment of midface fractures. Substantiated the importance of repositioning of bone fragments in the medial part of the orbital rim and in the frontal procces of the upper jaw to correct lacrimal disorders and proved the effectiveness of using to this intraoral, transkonjunctival approuch and approuch to the lateral wall of the orbit.
