Krupa V. Payment of labour in agricultural enterprises at perfection of the system of social protection of population

In dissertation work the theoretical bases of labour remuneration in agricultural enterprises are considered, its place is determined in the mechanism of adjusting of social processes and methodical approaches of research of labour payment are improved as bases of social protection of rural population. The level and dynamics of indexes of labour payment is analyzed in agriculture of the Lviv region and the reasons of some tendencies in up to day conditions are found out. On the basis of information of the statistical accounting the influencing of row economic factors and conditions on the wages rate of workers at agricultural enterprises are estimated complexly. The basic parameters of social protection of rural population and its dependence on the level of labour payment are analysed. The institutional and organizationally-economic measures of increase of level of labour payment in agriculture are proposed. The prognosis values of wages and indexes of social protection of rural population in a region are defined.
