Essay

After carrying out of clinic-instrumental investigation, peculiarities of clinic course of rhinosinusites with children having parasitic diseases compared with clinic course of rhinosinusites and chronic adenoidite have been revealed and proved. Morphological investigations revealed the influence of pathogenetic links of allergyc rhinosinusites in the case of sensibility and investive-allergyc rhinosinusites combined with chronic adenoidit in the case of immune-suppression with parasitic diseases.On these grounds information criteria of preseription of conservative and surgical tactics of treatment have been determined.
