The dissertation is devoted of promotion the quality of diagnostic and profilactic the hearing disorder which have got the workers of "noiseprofessions" of shiprepairing manufacture using the analysis of clinical-audiological investigation. 337 workers of "noiseprofessions" by shiprepairing manufacture were examined in Mariupol. Detached 8 types of audiometrical curves at the workers of "noiseprofessions" by shiprepairing manufacture and given the quantitative characteristic hearing by tone in area (0.125 - 8 kHz), and also the frequency for every type. Detached the groups of risk these are workers who haven't got complaints on lowering hearing but they have got the subjective noise in the ears (56.7 %), increased irritation (70.0 %) and also lowering hearing on tones in area 4, 6, 8 kHz, the decrease volume of the level difference by Lusher's method in area 4 kHz until (0.72±0.03) dB.
