Shevchenko Y. Government control of productive activity in the building complex of Ukraine

Dissertation is sanctified to development of scientifically-reasonable recommendations in relation to the effective policy of government control of productive activity in the building complex of Ukraine. Basic directions of government control of productive activity are certain and them economic maintenance and consequences. It is well-proven that directions of activity of the state are marked belong to the permanent functions of government control of economy. Except them possible also and temporal directions of government control the economies conditioned by the features of certain period of functioning of the productive system. Certainly and terminological rich in content part of concepts and processes is improved is a "unitization", "standardization", "modernization" in a building complex to Ukraine. It is first offered and reasonable, from position of general theory of the systems conception of the technological system of forming of life cycle of the marked processes as the integral, open, adaptive structure organized, from heterogeneous of constituents. Basic determinations are set and the mathematical model of influence of government control is worked out on a decision on productive activity in the building complex of Ukraine. Two approaches are distinguished for constrictions of parameters what is described by influences of government control on productive to activity in the building complex of Ukraine : on the type of building objects and after the factors of influence. The method of estimation of influence of state levers of adjusting of building industry is worked out on forming of optimal parameters of current building.
