In this dissertation complex science research of the role of legal clinic in the formation of law implementation skills by law students is made. The main theoretical-methodological approaches to the research of law source of legal clinic are exposed; its definition has improved; the main tendencies of the activity, the main tasks and peculiarities are established.The notion of the law implementation skills as the component element of person’s legal culture is formed. The influence of legal clinic on the formation of law implementation skills by law students is proved and the main forms of students activities as to implementation of law in legal clinic are defined.
