Makogon O. Harmonization of Ukrainian Labour Legislation with European Union Legislation on Regulation of Labour Relations with Migrant Workers.

Dissertation is dedicated to the problems of harmonization of Ukrainian labour legislation with EU legislation on regulation of labour relations with migrant workers. This scientific research contains comparative analysis of Ukrainian legislation and EU legislation on existence of legal limitations of freedom to carry out the right to work by foreigners and stateless persons in the territory of state of work performance as well as on specifics of legal regulation of interstate labour migration as social phenomenon. Special attention has been paid to description of migrant workers' labour relations in particular to constituent elements of legal composition which is the ground for origin of labour relations complicated by foreign element, and to characteristics of labour relations complicated by foreign element subject description. This scientific research resulted in generation of concrete propositions concerning modes and methods for harmonization of Ukrainian labour legislation with EU legislation on regulation of migrant workers' labour relations which are connected with conclusion of labour agreement, migrant workers' employment, as well as with working time and rest-time relations, relations on payment for labour, as a result of the scientific research.
