Kharchuk R. Development of Workers' Labour Rights Protection Forms in Conditions of Establishment of Market Relationship in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to a complex research of theoretical and practical issues connected with legal regulation of workers' labour rights protection forms in contemporary conditions in Ukraine. The work studies genesis, essence and significance of legal regulation of such protection forms, analyses their peculiarities and elaborates their classification. The dissertation provides a characteristic of contemporary state of normative-legal support of workers' labour rights protection in Ukraine. It states concrete propositions and recommendations for improvement of labour legislature and law enforcement practice of citizens' labour rights protection in conditions of market economy establishment.
