Essay

The thesis is a complex research of the current theoretical and practical issues of the disciplinary responsibility of the judges in Ukraine. The evolutions of the Ukrainian judges' disciplinary responsibility legislation and foreign legislation have been researched in the paper. The place of the institute of the judges' disciplinary responsibility in the labour law system has been determined. The research provides the basis to amend the following legal acts "On the judiciary and judges' status" and "On the Superior council justice" and to draw-up of legislative acts in the sphere of judges' disciplinary responsibility.
