Runova N. Legal Regulation of Social Services in Ukraine

Based on analysis of international legal acts, current national legislature, general-theoretical works and researches in specialized fields the dissertation forms a definition of the notion "right for social services" and identifies its principal features. The dissertation proves that normative legal support of the right for social services would be efficient, if it meats the following goals: a) improvement of quality of social services and their approximation to European standards; b) establishing a mechanism of administration and regulation of social services system that will guarantee its constant renovation in compliance with recipient's needs.
