Research object: process of development and functioning of market of planting-stock of fruit cultures of Sonth Steppe of Ukraine. Research purpose: development of teoretiko-methodical principles of forming of market of planting-stock of pitomnikovodcheskikh enterprises. Research methods: abstract-logical; approach of the systems; monographic; statistical; factor; calculation-structural; ekonomiko-mathematical; generalization of research results. In a theoretical plan grounded basic directions of the effective functioning of market of planting-stock of fruit cultures in Sonth Steppe; practical - developed suggestion on the improvement of the system of sale of planting-stock of fruit cultures on the basis of marketing. Scientific novelty: grounded and the model of the adaptive gardening is offered in the market conditions of menage; the scientific prognosis of demand and supply of planting-stock of fruit cultures is developed on the basis of ekonomiko-mathematical model of optimization of production.
