Essay

The Object: expert diagnostics process of corporative management system effectiveness. The Purpose: the elaboration of scientific-methodic and practical recommendations on improvement the diagnostics of corporative management system effectiveness. The Methods: the theory of scientific awareness, analysis, analogy, comparison, modeling; economic-logical methods; economic-mathematic methods. It is Offered: the scientific-methodic approach to complex expert diagnostics of corporative management system effectiveness on the basis of parameters (organization effectiveness, economic effectiveness, social responsibility) through application of dichotomic concepts and matrix of gathering; methodic approach to forecast level determination of general corporative management system effectiveness with probability matrix utilization; methodic recommendations on elaboration and determination the ways of improvement of corporative management system effectiveness level with the help of intensive variants. The Sphere of the use: trade enterprises with private form of ownership.
