Medvinska N. The Algorithm of research of patients with violations of adaptation to dentures

Dissertation is devoted to the ground of systematic approach to the estimation of the state of health of patients, to the comprehensive analysis of reasons of origin of complications of stomatological interferences taking into account expedience of volume of orthopaedic interferences, determination of quality of made orthopaedic constructions and exposure of adaptation possibilities of the organism by the estimation of the state of the vegetative nervous system. The mechanisms of forming of adaptation are in-process exposed to the dentures, certainly and terms which determine the categories of "unsteady" and "proof" violations of adaptation as disorders of the state of health of local or general character are offered for application, that belong to complications of stomatological orthopaedic treatment. Intercommunications of violation of adaptation are set to the dentures with pathology of organs and systems which are able to result in blowing off the adaptation mechanisms of man. Certainly a role of reactivity of organism is in forming of violation of adaptation to the dentures. The algorithm of research of patients with violations of adaptation to dentures, has been developed that includes the systematized datalogging inspection of stomatological, neurostomatological status, diagnostics of influence of the orthopaedic construction, on the tooth system of the organism and exposure of clinical signs of parafunction of the vegetative nervous system aimed to prevent or treat consequences of orthopaedic interferences.
