Essay

Dissertational work is directed on the decision of scientifically practical problem of increase of efficiency of process of cultivation and reduction of power expenses by cultivation of ground. On the basis of the lead analysis of ways and working bodies for cultivation of ground new working bodies of cultivators with a variable corner of a solution on length of an edge are offered. The proved structure of an edge of a paw of a cultivator provides decrease in traction resistance in 1,25…1,32 times in comparison with a serial paw. Mathematical models of dynamics of functioning of a cultivator with оne hinge a suspension bracket of working bodies with a substantiation of its rational parameters are constructed. The program and technique of experimental researches is stated, designs and principles of work of laboratory and field installations are resulted. Quality indicators of work of a cultivator with the developed working bodies are certain. Use of a lancet paw with a variable corner of cutting allows to improve factor structure ground in 1,3 times; stability of a course depth in 1,5 times and to reduce the vegetative rests in 1,6 times. The received equations of regress allow to estimate influence of parameters of working bodies on power consumption of process. Calculation of economic benefit of use of the cultivator equipped by developed working bodies, confirms expediency of their introduction in manufacture.
