Davydenko V. Detection and removal of the subjects of criminal justice reasons and conditions, that contributed the commission of crimes

The research work is the first in Ukraine complex monographic criminological activities of criminal justice to identify and eliminate the reasons and conditions that contributed to the commission of crimes. The contents of criminological subjects of criminal justice are determined. Considered the criminological role of major subjects of criminal justice (investigator, prosecutor, defense lawyer, court) to detect and eliminate the reasons and conditions of crimes. The questions of borders of researching the reasons and conditions of crimes during the investigation of criminal cases, and basic requirements to be satisfied by maintenance documents are considered.
