Izetov A. Criminal liability for involvement into committing a terrorist act

The dissertation is a complex study in theissues related to criminal responsibility for involvement into committing a terrorist act. The matter of the involvement into commission of a terrorist act as a kind of terrorist crimes is described. Its place in the system of these crimes is established. The compliance of the provisions of the Art. 258-1, Criminal Code of Ukraine, with the generally recognized grounds and principles of criminalization is examined. Those provisions which do not meet certain principles of criminalization are pointed out. Objective and subjective signs of the involvement into commission of a terrorist act as a crime and corpus delicti are studied.
