Objects of study are the processes of reproduction outcomes management and resource components of the system of agricultural enterprises. The aim of the thesis is a systematic study of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations aimed at achieving specified levels of efficiency of reproduction in the agricultural enterprise by optimizing the rate of reproduction of its resource systems, as well as providing a rational ratio between its components. In addition, the formation of an effective system of control reproduction process and its efficiency in the agricultural enterprise. In the process of performance used by general science and specific research methods, including: abstract, logical, monographic, analytic groupings, the method of analyzing shell data, method of construction of longitudinal models, the method of simulation and others. The thesis developed a method of assessing the technical efficiency of reproduction in the agricultural enterprise, depending on the rates and proportions of the reproduction of productive resources and outcomes management. A technique for estimating the "normal" part of the rates and proportions reproduction proceeds of the agrarian enterprises. We develop a methodological approach to risk assessment and the likelihood of their occurrence in the reproduction process using simulation method of Monte Carlo. Improved mechanism for determining the rate of economic value added, based on which proposed a system of value-oriented reproductive management in agricultural enterprises and a model for its implementation within the framework of strategic management. Recommendations can be used for specific agricultural producers of all legal forms of business.
